Recent legislative changes,
heightened by public awareness for Food Safety, Environmental
Protection and Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR), provide the
impetus for radical changes in Handling Waste Cooking Oils. It is
no longer acceptable for Producers of waste cooking oil to pass their legal
responsibility to Contractors nor for Producers of waste to
provide the minimum
effort to comply. With the introduction of CSR both the Public and Private Sectors, large
and small organisations must reduce Emissions through Best
Practice using the most Sustainable Services.
Primitive handling of Waste Cooking Oils is no longer acceptable.
Waste Cooking Oils must be stored and handled in a Compliant and
Sustainable manner.
To assist everyone in the chain in handling waste cooking oils to
comply, we have introduced the EEC Compliant Containers
& closed loop systems. These systems are a clean, convenient and
safe method to handle Waste Cooking Oil. The Containers are custom designed
for waste cooking oil (see the Awards that we have won) and are
suitable for all sites that produce Waste Cooking Oil such as Catering establishments,
Hospitals, Leisure Complexes, Staff Restaurants, Retailers,
Hotels, Restaurants
etc.

are suitable for both indoors and outdoors. These systems have been developed to
assist everyone who handles waste cooking oil, the producers who are catering
and eating premises, collectors, processors, blenders, end users who are
interested in the Waste Cooking Oil for Re-use (not for human consumption).

Euro
Environmental Containers (EEC) the Franchisor grants the
Franchisee the know how & equipment for which EEC has received several
Awards. EEC is committed and dedicated to support everyone in the
waste cooking oil chain to reduce
their risk of Fines, Compensation Claim, Public Liability
insurance to name a few.
Franchisees can use our established
name and logo recognized
for professionalism.
Know-how, Training and Support is
provided by experts which means that the Franchisees sales and
profits should increase at a faster and more substantial rate than
that of a similar new enterprise.
Franchisees with an existing
name/business may use their name alongside EEC.
Both parties shall exercise fairness
in dealings with each other.
The Franchisor shall give written
notice to is Franchisee of any contractual breach and where
appropriate grant reasonable time to remedy default.
Resolve complaints, grievances and
disputes with good faith and goodwill through fair and reasonable
direct communication and negotiation.
We will only select Franchisees who
upon reasonable investigation, appear to possess the skills,
qualities, financial resources sufficient to carry on the
franchised business.
The Franchisee is independent and will
be responsible in launching their Business and its day to day
operations thereafter.
The
Franchisee will operate a vehicle which is not included in the
Initiation Fee. Vehicles
with gross carrying capacity of over one tonne is recommended.
Special equipment will be used to handle the oil in a sustainable
manner.
